Market Day at Island Collections

 Talented local artist Jules joined us and set up her stall on the deck.

We had another successful Island Collections market day at Faith's home on the weekend. And like always we think we have plenty of time to set up but the time went sooo quickly and I only managed a few photos on my iphone while we were setting up, so sorry they are a bit blurry! I had grand visions of taking styled shots of people mingling and browsing at the market but we were tooo  busy. I also wanted to take a photo of the gorgeous drinks station that Faith had set up on the deck. Oh well ...next time!
A big thank you to Jules who joined us on the day and to Sharon who made the gorgeous owls perched on branches. Very popular!

There are literally hundreds and hundreds on beach house interiors and exteriors to get excited by and you can recreate your own ideasbook. The above photos are an example from their beach house interiors section and is by Marcelo Brito. We love his classic styling of white and blue with a touch of red and burnt orange to create a stunning beach house!

We have been drooling over many beach house inspired interiors featured in blogs and in books lately. And we are gathering ideas for both of our houses and can't wait to pull our thoughts and ideas together and finally make our dreams a reality.
We are totally coral obsessed of course and above is an example of some of our stunning coral pieces we have in store at islandcollections and we are waiting on more pieces to fill our shell category.... and yes the shell swags are coming back!!!

We  had so much fun today gathering some pieces together for some styled shots.  Here we have our Nautical Themed bedroom, perfect for any little pirate!  As the weather is so good at the moment we will take lots more photos tomorrow as we have LOADS of new arrival...can't wait to share them with you x

Our new jewellery pieces!

We are so excited about a new range of jewellery from Gulliver Jam. We selected these gorgeous pieces for Island Collections because of their beachy colours- Turquoise and Pale coral! We are completely obsessed with those earrings. Aren't they just stunning!
